What BootDesk is, and who it is for

BootDesk is an omnichannel support platform: it unifies conversations from multiple channels into a single ticket thread, with team tools, automation and a support assistant. The service is offered for business use — by companies and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers, and consumer-protection rules that apply exclusively to consumers do not apply to these terms.

The service includes what is described on the site and in your plan — and nothing beyond that is promised.

Accounts and organizations

Each account belongs to an organization. Whoever creates the account is the administrator and answers for the users they invite. One organization keeps one account; creating accounts to circumvent plan limits or suspensions is not allowed.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the content you process through the service — including ensuring you have the right to process your own customers' data when you import it into BootDesk.

Payments and plans

Plans and prices are published on the site and may include a free trial period. Billing is monthly or yearly, in advance, in euros, with VAT at the applicable rate. You can cancel at any time: the service runs until the end of the paid period and there is no pro-rata refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Price changes are announced 30 days in advance; what is already under way keeps its conditions until the end of the billing period.

Availability and support

We aim for high monthly availability, but the service is not infallible: there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. Technical support is included in every plan through the channels published on the site — on the same instance our own team uses.

Intellectual property

The service data you process is yours; the software, the BootDesk® brand and the platform are ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, for as long as you are up to date with payments. You may use our brand to identify yourself as a customer — not to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Ending the relationship

You can cancel at any time in the account settings or by email. We may close an account for breach of these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases. After closure, the deletion periods of the Privacy Policy apply — and we recommend exporting your data before leaving.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Since the service is provided exclusively to businesses, disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court, Estonia). If any clause is found invalid, the remaining ones remain in full force.

These terms are drawn up in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version prevails.
